Manufacturing Facilies
- PATTERN SHOP: We have fully equipped patterh shop with all facilities for making wooden & Mettalic patterns.
- MELTING SHOP: We have an array of M.F.Induction Furnace With.1000kg.500kg.250kg.100kg. capacity crucible.further we have also bottom Pouring & Lip Pouring Ladles of various Capacities.We are also equipped with 24 Channel SPECTRO METER (metal power)for chemical analysis.
- MOLDING SHOP: Our molding shop is equipped with 1 Nos.6.MT.Nos.3.MT.Capacity cranes to handle heavy molds.further we use No Bake Molding Procedure.
- FETTLING SHOP: We are equipped from pencil grinders to swing frame grinders for fettling of castings further we have shot blasting machine with 72" Table size & Gauging Machine
Our quality management system allows us to provide a flawless range of castings.We ensure that the castings we offer go through stringent tests before being supplied to the clients and our range includes sand casting.Cast Iron,amd,SG Iron,industrial Our quality department has various labs.which allow us to test our range in line with the set industry standards.
These tests are conducted using sophisticated testing equipment like Spectrometer for chemical analysis,U,T,S Testing Machine.in addition,we also conduct third party inspections

Chemical Testing:WAS FOUNDRY MASTER METAL POWER CCD Optical Emission Spectrometer has been installed to ensure proper chemical composition.
